Once again...I had nothing to blog about, and not much highlights for this week, so let's talk about my daily life. Monday, I can't remember any highlights. Tuesday, I can't remember any highlights too. Wednesday, I found out during PE lesson that the boys have to jump about 2 m for standing board jump in the NAPFA test (National Physical Fitness Award test), When I remembered only jumping about 1.8 m in my last jump, so I think I should be failing NAPFA test from now on.
Thinking of my last year's NAPFA test, I got 20 points, just 1 point away from getting the first gold award of my life, and that's because I only got a D for my standing board jump. Still, getting the first silver award of my life is still good. On Thursday, there's nothing much too, only that the HOM (Habits Of Mind) shouldn't be conducted in our CE lesson (It's a time for us to rest!). Friday, the highlights is the NPCC training, When I was forced to dance pole dance (because I was the last one to sit down). Let's not talk much about it.
Since there's not much content in this post, I'll put up a video of two chinese guy disturbing a Indian who works at a shop called RK house, by ordering food with pork (RK house is Halal!). Enjoy it!
Actually I don't have anything to blog about, so I can only blog about the highlight (it's just a short one, as it's a sensitive subject) of the week. I was inform, on the first day of school, by a teacher who teaches my class, that she's very good in spotting people who copied other's work, so we should be careful. Knowing that I must be safe, having done all the homeworks all by myself, I handed in the exercise book that we did our homework in.
However, when I got my work back, there's a few comments that "hurted" my feelings. The first one is "Can you read or even understand your own handwriting?" ok, maybe my handwriting isn't all that perfect, but the following ones..."I'm starting to suspect copying" and "whose work are you referring to?" I can swear I did all the work by myself. However I must be grateful, to be reminded how ugly my handwriting are.

Blame myself for not checking properly when I first got the books. As I had the SAC bursary, I can have free books and so I got them from the bookstore that's nearest to the school. Only before the start of school then I realise they had given me the wrong chinese books and wrong geography books. The worst thing is that I have written my name on them, so I managed to get the marker ink off my geography books with a bit of Thinner, but not for my chinese books as it's not that type of smooth cover.
So I tried to change the geography books (that has some Thinner on it) first. Before me was a girl who also wanted to change a science workbook. This is the first thing the bookstore auntie said, "ah girl ah! don't try to cheat me leh! you never buy this from me right?"
"No I bought this from you yesterday, you can ask your helper, he gave this wrong workbook to me!"
So the argument went on for a while, with both sides repeating the same thing and the girl finally gave up and then it's my turn. Still wondering whether the auntie will change the textbook for me, I put the two books on the counter and said, "Auntie I need to exchange this two books."
"Why need to change?!"
"That day when you gave me the free books, you gave me the wrong ones, you gave me the one for pure geography instead of elective geography."
"Don't try to change for your friends leh! give me the letter and the two books, I must check first!"
Seeing that she had the things with her already and so I leave it with her first, believing it should be safe with her. The second day I went back, and what was left was the textbook and she insisted I didn't give her the workbook, refusing to exchange anything unless she had the "set of textbook and workbook". And so I went back to her after school, and I insisted I've given her the two books and so after quite some number of "arguments" and checking of booklist, I only got the textbook and I bought my chinese books from her(since it had names on it, I can forget about exchanging) before walking away and swearing in my mind that I'll never buy anything from the store again unless I had no choice.
And so just the day after getting the chinese books, I realise the chinese books cost only $14 in total while I remembered getting only change of coins less than one dollar when I gave the helper two $10 notes. It's my fault for not checking again and let's just forget about getting it back this time.
The start of school and also a start of a three days camp (luckily we didn't have to stay overnight) and it's a leadership camp again. I'm sure everyone didn't want to go to school but I still went to school (for the sake of going). The first day was kind of boring and I swear I feel full throughout the camp as there was breakfast on 9:30 am which was most likely a burger or a sandwich, then there was lunch at 12 pm, which I remembered the fish and chips as the most special lunch I ever had in camps and there was tea breaks at 3:30 pm.
The second day was the most interesting day in the camp as we went to Sentosa for games and we got a T-shirt which says " Stop following me, start leading" on the back. We had to do our projects on the third day but it's not that boring as we had dancing sessions in the hall. There was a sentence that I remembered through the camp, which was " We had one life and what are you doing with it?" (well maybe I changed some words) It sure made sense.
