Ear infection?!

I don't really know what it is, I only know it's caused by the mucus that got struck in my ear. It started on Tuesday, and I have yet to recover from it and I had dulled hearing ever since, which means I can't hear clearly. Don't be confused if you see me making frequent trips to toilet and taking long strips of toilet paper provided outside the toilet, because I had to get the mucus out of my ear and it will be noisy if I did it in class, plus it will be rather disgusting.

Many seems to be questioning why I can't be present at the NPCC unit camp from friday to sunday since the problem is only with my ear. Here's several reasons. Because I'm likely to have a fever. Because I need to lie down to get ear drops into my ear for three times a day. Because I hate to have dulled hearing(I'll be in bad mood).

Nothing much else to blog about this week, so I think I'll end the post here.

Learn more vulgarities.

I'm just going to post three videos from Dick Lee's concert in 2004, which is really funny, you must know some vulgarities to understand the jokes, and you might even get to learn some new ones, so enjoy them!

The week before national day

Let's start with the main things that happened in school this week. This week, students from China came to our school to have lessons with us. Nothing much about them, but I thought how the school welcomed them was not very well done. There was performances by the dance club, but I thought they were shaking, or just moving around in front of them. I wonder who designed the dance steps. The weird choice of MCs did not help.

On Friday, all the uniform groups had NDP parade rehearsals. The whole parade was ok, but I thought we should march out instead of just standing there, and we are suppose to walk out of the parade square after the parade ended, and that's really ugly. This is most likely the last NDP parade for many of us, and whoever planned the parade took away the marching part (which I thought was the coolest part)? Thanks a lot. After the parade, we had NPCC unit camp briefing and as wei chang had injuries, a few of us took the lift with him. When the door opened, the "lock door"auntie(the auntie who always scold students who caused her to be unable to lock the doors of classrooms) saw us and immediately scolded us for having our briefing on the fourth floor. She really ridiculous, raising her voice at every slightest thing. I would choose to show respect for people who are older than me, but do you deserve to be respected?

The next thing I'm going to talk about is something I'm sure everyone knew. The big conflict over a small issue. The 2A boys were always together, and now one of us is in trouble, the rest of us (including myself) seem rather helpless. I know that my sis had many friends in Kranji back then who would have speak up and help if this had happen during that time. We did try to help, but is it enough? Enough for us to call one another "brother"? Is this what is happening as generations gets younger? The shrink in Courage, friendship, and ability? Or is it because we are more grown up in our thinking, to know how not to get into trouble and are waiting for a chance to get this matter to be settled peacefully? I'm not talking about or questioning anyone, this is just some of the questions that i have been asking myself for the past few days.

Have you ever wondered why birds or animals a few hundred thousand years ago that were so deadly and strong and for some, big size, evolved into the harmless, birds or animals today? The differences between the generations?
