The week after exams

Actually this post is made two weeks after the exams, but I'll blog about what happened after the exams. On saturday, there was mother's day celebrations at my house, with my relatives from my mother's side coming over, to have lunch together. For dinner, my family went for dinner at a restaurant where you can see loads of illegal parking outside, with the relatives from my father's side.



On sunday,my mother, sister and I went out for mother's day celebrations. We had Suki Sushi at Cathay Cineleisure Orchard, we had buffet and food is great! Here's some pictures my sister had taken there.

Here's the present we bought for my mother, it's a radio, with the design of a gramophone, and it works just like it, cool right?!





After Lunch, we took a bus to the nearest MRT station and took MRT to Vivo City. I always expected Vivo City to be a shopping paradise, but I thought the shopping centre is more suitable for the girls, for the guys, there's nothing much there. Our first stop, Candy Empire. We bought the chocolates that's sold for $3.80 per 100g, and we paid $4+ for a few chocolates, but most of them are not found here at any other places. Later we went to shop around and we went to Marks and Spencer. I must say that their chcolates are really quality chocolate and so is their potato chips. Not only are they good, they are healthy too, like their potato chips, you can finish the whole packet without having to wash your hands with soap, but you must pay more for it's quality.

Later we went to Daiso, the $2 shop. The place is filled with parents shopping for things, and irritating noisy kids. The kids are playing with some sort of cone-like speaker, they are shouting into them and worst of all, the father joins them in making a din. Later we heard a annoucement and the person who's making the annoucement had a very irritating, high pitch voice, I wonder why they wanted her to make the annoucement.

Exams Exams Exams!

Here comes exams again~ And everyone seems to be much more hardworking this year, so I'm just going to make a short post. Recently, people have been making birthday celebrations in the school's canteen during recess time. There was once when I'm having my food with my friend, and a sudden outburst of "Happy Birthday" song behind me gave me a shock of my life. I'm sure many others got a shock too, because many turned around to see what was happening. My friend told me, "wah...the girls in your class very united, they always like that one arh?". Actually when they did this for the second time, I heard "BOOs".

Maybe because exams is coming, I heard some gossips about my neighbour's kids going crazy. I saw the guy living right next to me, who is of the same age as me, wearing his school uniform all day long. Reason: he needs to study. He study so much for? To win others, to top the class. And it's not only happening to him, it's also happening to a girl living at a few storeys below me(who is of the same age as me too). And both of them are under so much stress that they often throw their books around. I think this two stupid idiotic freaks should just get along with one another.

Recently one of my favourite drinks, Milo, had came out with a healthier new formula for the drink, and I am very disappointed with the new formula. It has more taste of milk and malt, but it has lost the "milo taste". Still, the original is the best.
